To process a refund, click on ‘Transactions’ in the menu bar, then select ‘Successful’. Here you can search for the customer using their transaction data (e.g. transaction reference), customer data (e.g. email address) or by selecting them directly from the Transaction list below.
Note: UUID is the ‘Transaction Reference’ displayed on the customer’s receipt.
Once you have located the transaction, scroll to the far right of the screen and select ‘Details’ from the menu column.
Here you will see the transaction details and a red ‘Refund Transaction’ box at the top right-hand side of the page.
After you click on the refund transaction box, a pop up will appear on your screen. Enter details as required and then select ‘Refund with Postback’.
This will then change the transaction status to ‘Refunded’ on the transaction page.
