Select ‘Virtual Terminal’ from the menu bar on the left-hand side.
You will be prompted to choose your ‘Connector’ from the drop-down menu, then select the
orange ‘Virtual Terminal’ button to proceed.
Our Virtual Terminal allows you to make several different transaction types including:
- Debit also known as a purchase transaction
- Pre-authorise allowing you to hold funds when the final amount is uncertain, then to capture the final amount, or void if it is no longer required
- Register/ Deregister enables subscription-based purchases
- Refund if a successful debit transaction needs to be returned (in full or partially) to the customer
