How to view "Tip amount" or "Surcharge amount" of each transaction on the Merchant & Partner Portal

Navigate to the Transaction dashboard.

Click Customise on the right and select Tip Amount or Surcharge Amount or both.

The tip amount and surcharge amount will appear on the dashboard.

Note: If your surcharge and tipping configuration is done via the POS system, please refer to your POS for reportting.
