A cashout transaction allows a customer to withdraw cash from your terminal using their debit card.
Select Other
Tap Purchase + Cashout
Enter the purchase amount and tap Purchase + Cash
Enter the cashout amount and tap Cashout
Request your customer to select the tipping amount and tap Continue
Ask the customer to present their debit card as prompted
The terminal processes the transaction and will advise if the payment is processed.
Once approved, dispense the cash to the customer.
Select Send E-Receipt to share the receipt via SMS or email, if required.
Note: Cashout transactions are supported only for eligible cards and networks, based on your merchant configuration.
