How to process a MOTO refund transaction on a standalone PAX A77 (Terminal Connect)

Select MOTO Refund

Enter the purchase amount and tap Refund

Enter the card details from your customer. Once the card details are entered, the terminal will start processing the transaction.

When the transaction is processed on the terminal, it will be sent to the card issuer (Host) for approval.

The terminal will advise if the transaction has been approved.

Select Send E-Receipt to share the receipt via SMS or email.

Note: The Send E-Receipt option allows the receipt to be shared digitally with the customer.
