As part of ongoing improvements to the TMP, several updates will be rolled out on Saturday, 13 September 2025. Please review the details below to understand what’s changing and how it may impact your experience.
Temporary maintenance window
The Merchant Portal (TMP) will be temporarily unavailable between 2:30pm to 6:00pm AEST on Saturday, 13 September, 2025 while these updates are applied. Access will be restored once the maintenance is complete. For real-time updates, please check out the Nuvei Status page.
What’s changing
1. New TMP URL
The Merchant Portal will now be accessed via:
https://merchant-anz.nuvei.com
For the next 90 days, the old URL will automatically redirect to the new address. We recommend updating any saved bookmarks or links as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted access.
2. Funding remitter name
The funding remitter name on your settlement statements will be updated to: Nuvei MS
This is a naming change only and does not affect your settlement schedule or amounts.
3. AMEX data visibility
For selected merchants with an AMEX ID, AMEX data will no longer be displayed in TMP.
Impacted merchants have been notified directly via email (with affected MIDs listed).
