Velocity Business Nuvei ANZ Partner Terms & Conditions:
Velocity has partnered with Nuvei ANZ to permit businesses who are members of Velocity Business (Members), and:

• who take up any Nuvei ANZ payment products (Nuvei ANZ Customers); or
• who sign-up customers to Nuvei ANZ payment products (Nuvei ANZ Partners),

to earn Velocity Points for their business (Velocity Business).

Nuvei ANZ Customer Offers
Nuvei ANZ Customers are eligible for the following offers:

Sign Up Offer (Nuvei ANZ Customers)

a) Nuvei ANZ Customers who are not a Nuvei ANZ customer as at 15th January 2024 and take up a Nuvei ANZ product directly via Nuvei ANZ, can earn a sign-up bonus of 50,000 Velocity Points, if they:

i. join Velocity Business or link their existing Velocity Business account to their Nuvei ANZ account within 60 days of taking out a product with Nuvei ANZ;
ii. sign-up for a 3-year contract with Nuvei ANZ for the relevant Nuvei ANZ product; and
iii. transact a minimum of $20,000 net (Excluding Amex and Diners) in the first month.

b) If the Member meets the above requirements, the sign-up bonus Velocity Points will be credited to the Member’s Velocity Business account when their merchant billing statement is provided in the following month.

c) Bonus points are only credited once per Velocity Business Member ID.

Ongoing Earn (Nuvei ANZ Customers)
a) All new and existing Nuvei ANZ Customers who:

i. link their Velocity Business and Nuvei ANZ accounts; and

ii. sign up for / are signed up for the Pay nil with Nuvei ANZ surcharge offer and associated 1.65% MSF, $10,000/month minimum transaction value and conditions which can be found here,
will, from the date of terminal delivery for in-person products, and from the date of credential delivery for online products, earn 1 Velocity for every $25 transacted When signed up to the Pay nil with Nuvei ANZ surcharge offer.

b) The total points awarded is calculated by applying the Velocity Points earn rate to the number of net (excluding Amex and Diners) $AUD transacted through Nuvei ANZ products. For example a total of $1000 transacted through Nuvei ANZ products would earn 40 Velocity Points. The minimum number of Velocity Points that can be earned is 1. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated.

c) Points will be calculated on the last day of each month and credited to the Member’s Velocity Business account when their merchant billing statement is provided for the month following.

Velocity Points are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Membership Terms and Conditions apply. Personal information will be collected and handled by Velocity in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Nuvei ANZ products are issued by NUVEI AUSTRALIA MERCHANT SERVICES PTY LTD (ABN 64 160 726 349) and are subject to Nuvei AU 's Terms and Conditions (as applicable). Nuvei ANZ collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Nuvei ANZ Payments is not responsible for the redemption of Points from Velocity - please contact Velocity regarding any queries relating to the redemption of Points. All new Nuvei ANZ Customers are subject to approval and AML/KYC checks.

Offer limited to one business per user per Nuvei ANZ Payments account. Sign-up Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other sign-up offers. Nuvei ANZ Customers and Nuvei ANZ Partners can de-link their Velocity Business account or manage their linked accounts at any time via their Nuvei ANZ account.
