If your terminal is not responsive and you have already performed a reboot, you can take the battery* out of the terminal to hard reboot your PAX A910s terminal. If your terminal is still not responsive, please contact our Customer Support team by submitting a request here.
*On the backside of the PAX A910s terminal, slide the Battery Cover Hatch to the right. Remove the Battery Cover and pull the battery out.
