| Merchant Service Fee | A percentage applied for every Visa & Mastercard transactions. Where pricing type is blended, MSF is the complete charge. Where pricing type is Interchange ++, MSF is the Nuvei loading above interchange and scheme fees. |
| Credit Transaction Fee | A fixed cents per transaction fee applied for every settled Credit transaction. Credit and Debit transactions are billed as separate line items on the merchant statement |
| Debit Transaction Fee | A fixed cents per transaction fee applied for every settled Debit transaction. Credit and Debit transactions are billed as separate line items on the merchant statement |
| EFTPOS Fee | A flat cents per transaction fee and/or percentage applied to every EFTPOS transaction. |
| UnionPay Merchant Service Fee | A percentage fee applied for every settled UnionPay transaction for the month. |
| Monthly Terminal Rental | A monthly fee charged for renting the terminal provided to the merchant by Nuvei. The fee is charged per terminal. |
| Amex Merchant Service Fee | A flat fee cents per transaction and/or percentage applied for every settled AMEX transaction, where Nuvei is aggregating Amex volume on behalf of the merchant |
| Standard Alipay Fee | A flat fee cents per transaction and/or percentage applied to every settled Standard Alipay transaction. |
| Diners Merchant Service Fee | A flat fee cents per transaction and/or percentage applied for every settled Diners transaction, where Nuvei is acquiring Diners Club volume on behalf of the merchant |
| Premium Alipay Fee | A flat fee cents per transaction and/or percentage applied to every settled Premium Alipay transaction. A non-Alipay wallet transaction. |
| Joining Fee | A one-off fee charged when a new Mid completes it's first transaction above $1 |
| Minimum Merchant Service Fee | A fixed dollar fee applied monthly, when the actual MSF is less than minimum MSF amount. In cases where the minimum fee is charged, the actual (lesser) MSF is not charged. |
| Administration Fee | A fixed fee per month administration fee. This is charged per Mid |
| AMEX Switching Fee | A percentage processing fee charged when Nuvei is switching American Express transactions on behalf of the merchant. This fee is in addition to other applicable fees, such as a gateway fee. |
| Refund Fee | A fixed cents per transaction fee applied for every refund transaction. This is in addition to any other applicable fee, e.g. gateway transaction fee |
| Chargeback Fee | A fee charged per chargeback to cover the administrative costs of processing a chargeback. This is charged on receipt of first chargeback notice. |
| Retrieval Fee (per occurrence) | A fee charged per information retrieval from card issuers for disputed transactions. |
| Closure Fee | A one-off fixed dollar fee charged when a facility closes. This is charged at the Mid level. |
| Early Termination Fee (per year remaining) | A fixed fee charged per year, or part year of the remaining contract term if the merchant terminates the contract early. Nuvei may charge the fee as a single year fee at its discretion, regardless of remaining term |

Gateway Fee |
A per transaction fee for all transactions through the Payment gateway, regardless of transaction type. (excl the fraud management fee). Includes declined transactions |

Fraud Management Fee |
A fee charged on the number of settled transactions per month. Used on Ecommerce Merchant ID's to bill 3DS fraud prevention fees. |
| Domestic Corporate Fee | A loading on the Merchant Service fee. It is charged to cover the additional cost of acquiring corporate cards |
| International Fee | A loading on top of the Merchant Service fee. It is charged to cover the additional cost of acquiring International Visa and Mastercard transactions. It applies to accepted transactions on a Scheme card that was issued outside the country the merchant facility receiving the transaction is located. |
| Annual Fee | A fixed dollar fee charged annually in month the Account was established by Nuvei |
| Tokenization Per Transaction Fee | A fee charged per gateway transactions where the transaction type is 'register'. It is used to cover the costs associated with tokenising a card. This is in addition to the Gateway fee per transaction charge |
| Diners Switching Fee | A percentage processing fee charged when Nuvei is switching Diners Club transactions on behalf of the merchant. This fee is in addition to other applicable fees, such as a gateway fee. |

Payments Links Fee |
A per transaction fee for all transactions using the Payment Links facility regardless of transaction type. Includes declined transactions. The fee includes 3DS customer authentication. The fee is displayed on the merchant statement as Gateway fee and is bundled with other gateway transaction fees if applicable. |
