How to process a Mail Order/Telephone Order (MOTO) transaction on a Standalone Ingenico Move 5000

Press Menu Key on your terminal

Select Transaction [1]

Select MOTO [6]. If it is not an available option, submit a request here to activate MOTO transaction capability.

Enter the sales amount and press Enter

Commence entering the customer card number and press Enter

Enter the Card Expiry in the MMYY format and press Enter

Select MOTO type and press Enter

Enter the CVV code and press Enter

Once complete and successful an acknowledgment should pop up on screen and receipt will print.
