An integrated Ingenico Move5000 can go offline due to the loss of internet connection on the POS or a network outage of the GPRS (sim card provider). To reconnect your terminal, follow the steps below.
Restart your terminal by selecting and holding the FUNC and CLEAR (yellow) buttons together.
Reboot your POS as per manufacturer instructions and check the cables of your terminal and POS.
