How to set up a Standalone Ingenico Move5000 to connect to the internet via Ethernet

Before proceeding, kindly check if you have access to Broadband Internet at your location and ensure you have an Ethernet cable readily available. If Broadband Internet is not yet available, we recommend contacting your Internet service provider for assistance in setting it up. Additionally, please verify that the terminal and base have been successfully paired. For guidance on pairing, please refer to the article here.

 

To connect the standalone Ingenico Move5000 to the internet via Ethernet, check out the below steps

Plug the Ethernet cable into the back of the base.

Press Menu Key.

Press 4 to select Terminal.

Press 4 to select Host Comms.

Select ETH to switch the communications option to Ethernet.
