How to update Linkly Drivers on an Integrated Ingenico Move5000

When the terminal arrives at your business, the Linkly Drivers are pre-installed. If your POS vendor requires you to update the Linkly Drivers on an integrated Move5000 terminal, you can follow the steps below.

Navigate to the C drive and select the Program Files (x86) folder.

Select PC_EFT.

Select USB.

Select Ingenico.

Select Ingenico Telium.

Run the setup.

Please note that the POS system may need to be restarted to uninstall or after a successful installation.

If the Driver is still not showing in Ports, request the merchant to change the USB port on the PC and re-open Device Manager to see if the Driver appears.
