Online Application

Before you can start accepting payments easily & securely, you will need to complete a quick, 10-minute online application and decide which Till products suit your business needs. This section outlines all the steps to start and submit your application online.


Starting an application

On the Till Portal landing page, you’ll see a banner with a "get started" button. Click to get started your application journey. Please note, if you or your user do not have permission to edit an application, you will not be able to see this button.

Let’s get started page

The first page of the online application details what you'll need to get started. This page also allows you to select the country where your business is registered. Simply enter the correct data in all fields, then click ‘Save and Continue’.

Product selector page

After selecting the country of business registration, you will see the relevant products and pricing available for that country. Select the products for which you wish to apply.

In AU the user will be able to see Online or In Person products, or both.

In NZ, only the Online suite of products will be displayed. These will be auto-selected.

You can click on product details to see an expanded description of the products.

When you select an ‘In-Person’ payment terminal and you’ll be asked an additional question on whether you’d prefer your terminal to be stand-alone, or integrated with your existing POS system.

Click on 'See details' to see the additional fees.


Business profile page

Provide details against each of the fields on this page.

Once you’ve correctly entered all details, click ‘Save and Continue’.
If the ABN or NZBN already exists in CRM, you will see an error message and will not be able to proceed until your ABN/NZBN is updated.


Address details page

Provide details against each of the fields in this page.

Once you’ve correctly entered all details, click ‘Save and Continue’.


Contact details page

Provide details against each of the fields in this page.

You will be asked to provide Beneficial Owner details for select Business types only.

Once you’ve correctly entered all details, click ‘Save and Continue’.

If you have provided beneficial Owner details on the page and the total % of ownership is less than or equal to 75%, you will be shown a warning message. Click on ‘Yes’ to go back and modify the value or click on ‘No’ to proceed to the next page.


Bank account details page

Enter your bank account details for billing and funding.

For NZ:

For AU:

Once you’ve correctly entered all details, click ‘Save and Continue’.

Processing details page

Enter a brief description of your business’s products and services and business processing details.


Once you’ve correctly entered all details, click ‘Save and Continue’.


Summary page

Review your application details. You can click the edit icon to go back to a particular page and edit details.

Accept the terms and conditions at the end of the page and submit your application. When you see a thank you message, click ‘Done’ to go back to the landing page.


Exiting an application

To exit your application at any time, simply click anywhere outside the application form. You will receive a prompt to make any unsaved changes before you exit. To exit without saving changes, simply click ‘Confirm’.


Resuming an application

To get back to your form, click ‘Continue application’.


Tracking an application

Once your application has been submitted, you can track its progress via the tracker on your dashboard home page.
