On the screen, select Transaction Type then Refund from the drop-down menu.
Enter the Sale Amount including the decimal point then press the Green Tick in the keyboard.
Enter the Customer Reference No. (Optional)
Select Pay with Card
The terminal will prompt the customer to inset, swipe or tap card.
Once the Payment is successful, a message will appear, and the terminal will prompt to print receipt for the merchant or print/email the receipt to customer.
