A scheduled outage by our banking provider, The Commonwealth Bank, will cause a delay in Same-Day Funding for transactions processed on Friday, 26th May.
The scheduled changes will result in an outage lasting approximately 10 hours, starting from 10:00 PM AEST on 26th May and expected to conclude at 8:00 AM AEST on 27th May. During this period, Same-Day Funding will be affected, and funding for transactions processed on 26th May will occur the following day on Saturday, 27th May.
All merchants on Same-Day Funding arrangements will be affected by this delay. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this outage.
