If you encounter any issues around printing receipt, follow the below steps


Remove the receipt roll from the printer to ensure that there is no paper caught. If the existing receipt roll is damaged in any way then replace this with a new roll.


If the problem continues, power off the terminal for 10 seconds.


Power on the terminal.


To print a sample receipt, navigate through the main menu to the reprint receipt option.
