A heartbeat connection is established from the terminal to the Bank on a regular basis as it has been configured to do so, it will complete a range of diagnoses but is primarily used to apply changes made remotely.
Swipe down from the top of the touch screen (swipe twice to make the icon's name appear) and select Launcher.
Select Diagnostics.
Select Summary.
In Summary, select the blue Request heartbeat under VHQ heartbeart.
The summary will show green ticks for each check completed. The desired outcome is a green tick next to VHQ heartbeat. If the VHQ heartbeat fails, a red X will appear instead.
