At Till, we’re thrilled to share updates on our journey to becoming Nuvei! This transition marks an exciting chapter as we integrate with Nuvei to bring you even better tools, services, and support. As part of this evolution, you may have noticed some changes. Here’s a summary of what’s new and how it affects you:

KEY CHANGES

Emails

Our communications will now come from Nuvei-branded email addresses. To ensure you don’t miss any important updates, please add @nuvei.com to your email provider’s safe sender list.

Customer support

  • Email: While you can still reach us at support@tillpayments.com for a few more months, we encourage you to start using our new email address: AU-support@nuvei.com.
  • Incident Notifications: Any updates regarding outages or service disruptions will also come from Nuvei-branded emails. Again, please add @nuvei.com to your safe senders list.

Web forms

Our online support forms will transition to Nuvei in the coming months. For now, they remain unchanged but stay tuned for updates.

Product updates

You’ll start to see Nuvei branding on merchant statements, contracts, and other important documentation. Rest assured, our service quality remains the same, just with a refreshed look.

Social media

We’re gradually phasing out our Till Payments LinkedIn and Facebook accounts. To stay connected with the latest updates and industry news, follow Nuvei on LinkedIn, here, and on Facebook, here

Website

While the Till Payments website will remain live for now, we’ll begin migrating content to Nuvei’s website in the near future. We’ll keep you informed about key milestones in this process.
